@pilotofa737 Don't remember at this point? It's been about nine months. If winds were more favorable, at say FL360, there's no reason to climb higher. Many different factors play into planned cruising altitude.
@lowenbrau915 ooo nine months ?? im sorry for asking a stupid question. didnt know it was that long ago. - and just wondering because i had an E190 flight from westchester county (NY) to Fort Myers (FL) and we cruised at 40,300.

What was your cruising altitude? I know they announced 36,000 feet but they usually go higher if they can
