but in europe and australia they come in 5-6 speed manual

Very nice ride!

Only thing I would change is headlights/tail lights on it - LED lights would be your best option.

It would make it look a lot newer (2006-2007 look) and it will clean it up very nicely.

The only thing I didn't like about the mercedes ml it always had dark headlights making it look old. Changing them with LED lights(completely) will brighten it up making it look very new, clean, and outstanding.
