You can download it for PC but that would be illegal and wrong plus you have to spend hours or even days downloading all the audio files for it. PC version is the best one in my opinion though.

In GTA San Andreas, CJ's mother was killed by Ballas sent by Tenpenny. They were supposed to shoot Sweet, but he wasn't home, and they shot his mother instead. Both Smoke and Ryder knew about the plan, so they were just as guilty as Tenpenny and the Ballas
