I've done a little research as the maker of this video was too lazy or just didnt care for,'

ATTENTION;

the page of the map teleporter and vehicle spawn, has been moved to page !7! so not 3 anymore.

and further i've tried this, it does work inventually.

you can find all car ids by going to your gta sa folder, then open the folder named data and open vehicles.ide with notepad, and the two columns at the left hand side should display all the cars
