I did 510 after my third wave of 5/3/1, 2-3 months ago. I wear the knee and elbow sleeves, which are basically a heavy elastic but slip on and off easily, to keep the joints a little more warm. I don't get any carryover out of them, and would have no problem competing without them. Squatting is hard on my body. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah, Moose is running about 335-340 these days. He looks bigger on film than he does in person.
