There have been cases where huge lawsuits have been paid to citizens for personal injury at the hands of violent officers. I'd like to see this unedited. I bet the kid kept up with the "why are you doing this sir?" crap and it cost him. Instead of leaving the area like he was told, he ends up in cuffs and a choke hold. The cop was acting like an ass as well. Because of past national conventions it's pretty much carte blanche in how police can handle a crowd and he took advantage of this just because the kid pissed him off.
