This building you are using for a "micro home" is structurally unsound. I would never buy this for living in. Even micro homes need 2x4 at the least, construction. Off gassing from the wood, just not too good for me. Sorry!
@chrimarify That's okay it's not for everyone .the walls are framed in two by material and I can hang off the side of it. It is experimental and has been thru a northern winter .it could solve the homeless problem and be an emergency shelter.
There is Bulgarian company which sell small prefab houses very cheap less, than $10k and they ship all modules internationally. Search for Cube affordable houses here.
