why is it that key animations always makes the saddest animes. Also the most touching soundtracks. I cant stop crying over this and the theme of sss as im typing, i also cant comprehend the genius musical compositon of this. wouldnt this be considered a ballad its too beautiful. How can they make theme of sss sound so epic with only a piano a violin and maybe a couple of beats dropped by. I'll tell you how... THEY ARE GENIUSES>MASTERS OF EMOTIONS.

Everyone who ends up in that world is initially wearing the NPC uniform (if you watched the alternative epilogue you would see that the new guy is in NPC uniform as well). You only get the SSS uniform by joining the SSS. Also, since strong enough feelings are needed to be a normal person again after you become an NPC (like the 'insane' man), if Otonashi is that man, he would've been back to normal long ago since Angel had been there for quite some time.

Yui x Hinata... Wow... when I first saw that scene I didn't think it was all that sad at all until I rewatched it and paid very close attention to the words... Hinata even said it himself, finding each other in another life is virtually impossible... even so-- knowing that-- Yui still sincerely believed that Hinata would find her again... Even if it was just a fantasy, Hinata gave Yui the happiness she could never experience in life. If even for just a moment.
