A few things were done incorrectly...1) before you placed your items back into your bag you should clean them with some form of antiseptic; 2) your bag should have a clean side and dirty side; 3) you should have the soap and paper towels in an outside pocket to avoid contamination; 4) instead of using a barrier that you transport from one patient to another, such as the plastic lining, you should use a paper towel and when your done you can throw it away in the home. APRON! Omit that

Very poor infection control.....you should never wear the same apron to a second, or third or fourth patient's home.....what are you thinking????
