I think prisoners ending up in prisons are boring because you get to do nothing after you get arrested due to your crime. I say you should do wrong things that are not illegal like dumping water on the floor in the toilet so you won't be arrested for that!

Look, all these prisoners in this movie Escape From Alcatraz are all male and I guess that women prisoners would be embarrassed if they mixed with male prisoners in this movie!

Congralutions to Frank Morris for not noticing Wolf after he swallows a spaghetti and he should just get a restraining order against Wolf or be moved to another prison far away from Wolf

Luckily Frank leaves the prison at end of the movie so he will not be bothered by Wolf anymore!

Well, I made a decision to see Escape From Alcatraz after I have seen Shawshank Redemption so I could compare the escape similarities and differences between these two movies!

JA JA, !!. Lo curioso es que en mi ciudad de Argentina una presidiaria usó el mismo metodo para escaparse de la carcel. Armó un muñeco le colocó el mismo pulover que llevabá puesto siempre y se fué a dormir temprano como las 22:00 PM afirmando que se sentiá mal; cortó el alambrado y se fué, hasta el día de hoy no se sabe nada de ella (25/07/2010). Pasó hace como unas tres semanas. Estaba condenada a cadena perpetua por homicidio. Estas peliculas pueden dar ideas a los presidiarios no?.

If you dont keep the rules of society, they send you to prison. If you dont keep the rules of the prison, you send to us.We don't create good citizens. But we held good.. Alcatraz was built to keep all bad eggs in one hamper only, and I was specially pick to ensure that doesnt pop out the stink from that hamper.This movie makes significant stereotypes of cinema by giving them a great style. There's economy of the whole with a tension that becomes suspense but doesnt' search for effects.

siiii me re encanta che, ademas mucha pasiencia llevan pa hacer todo eso vo, me encanta porque la pelicula te involucra en una de suspensos y nervios por saber que pasa

porque de esa isla nadie escapaba, tiburones+vigilancia armada+rejas+alarmas etc etc
