Of course it looked convincing until I was told that it actually wasn't him but just an entirely different actor who had his faced altered with CGI to make him look like Arnold. And the actor's depiction of Arnold looked exactly like how he looked when he did the first movie.
1. Why did they leave in Marcus's heart in the first place? They replaced all his other organs.
2. What are the chances Conner and Marcus's organs were compatible? And even if they were could they do a heart transplant in a post apocalyptic field hospital without one single surgeon?
3. Why didnt the machines kill Reese the hundreds of chances they had? No Reese=No Conner
P.S Arnolds not in this movie! Just a really bad special effect of his face.
1.They kept his brain and heart because they needed him to beleivie he was human and the heart was to make those close to him beleive he was human!
2. Wasnt his wife a surgeon and whose to say his heart couldnt be calibrated to be compatible to what Conner needed.

when i was watching the movie nd saw the t-800 model thingy in the computer, i was like arnold has to be in this movie. every1 in the theater was shouting when arnold made his appearance in salvation, even though it was like for only 2 minutes it was great. the makeup and the computer graphics really made him look like the real thing. plus i really liked the moive

when i was watching the movie nd saw the t-800 model thingy in the computer, i was like arnold has to be in this movie. every1 in the theater was shouting when arnold made his appearance in salvation, even though it was like for only 2 minutes it was great. the makeup and the computer graphics really made him look like the real thing. plus i really liked the moive

this whole "not terminator without arnold" thing is getting on my fucking nerves. they had an austrian body builder who looks and sounds like arnold to play the t-800, but no, everybody complained so they had to get arnold's face in there with cgi. this is hardly about the t-800 anyway, it's about john connor and marcus! the one guy who truly mattered in the franchise was james cameron, but i'm still going to see this because i'm not a narrow minded fuck.

I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS!!!, I want the real Arnold ..really acting in the terminator 4...it just isn't the same without him. and Christian Bale doesn't work well in fantastic movies like a Terminator. I will only rent this movie, because Arnold isn't really in it. Arnold is a great governor he does a fantastic job, but I wish he was done whit that already and is back into acting!!

ya out of all the terminator films it really great and doesnt just fill you need for action but emotions aswell and also out of all them doesnt over do it with too much unecessary special effects. in t2 it feels like real city and shit especially with the car chases and all but in t3 it was all staged and cgi looking sure the tipping truck was cool but where was the realness to it!!!
