no its not free 14.00 for full body which i use and $7.00 for the front and i would say its worth it they did a awesome job when i did my sister's ipod touch i did not have the money to install it, i did not do very well i tried my best. when it was done there were dirt inside the shield lol so if i were u let best buy do it cuz mine was just perfect no dirt its in line with the screen.

Yes it is it protects your iPod so much! and it does not add any bulk....In my opinion it is really good for its price, and it comes with Squeegee, and an adhesive spray to keep the shield on. Also Lifetime warranty so if the Shield rips, or breaks in any way you can get a new one.

I got a professional install because I bought this at the mall in FL. There is a mall there called the Brandon Westfield mall so I got it there. They have some pro peoples there who actually know how to do it and they did it for me. The installation was 4bucks. It's not bad.
