I would confidently say that there is no god because first of all the god of the bible condones slavery, rape, murder, etc. My morals are better than god's "morals"! Also the fact that the burden of proof is on the person making the wild assertion! If you want to claim that some invisible car exists then it's up to you to prove it! My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). The tribes we have here today...as far as I know...aren't being worshipped or marketed as god/truth. A lot of these questions weren't about how people lived but were PRECEPTS given BY God WHO, IMO, should be understood and scrutinized if worship of Him and the title of truth is to be laid at His altar!

There is no, subjective, definition for logical. Either u are or u aren't. Anything that is logical is irrefutable. And these standards of mine that u accuse me of are really something u should look into when considering WHAT to believe and worship. I think having some standards is a good idea when it comes to finding truth. If these questions were answered in a sensible way, I'd b forced to reconsider my position. None of these questions were irrelevant.

My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? - Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)

The Mayan calendar is said to be more accurate than our own...which is from the gregarian calendar. And the Bible relied on the Hebrew Torah, of which, the originals do not exist. The Greek manuscripts written by the original authors has also, mysteriously not surevived. See Wikipedia. If they don't have the originals, what do u suppose they tested?

Choices based on evidence?Okay so both sides contain facts/truths/evidence;both contain unanswered questions/both contain speculation/controversy-both can b reasoned away and both can b reasoned 4--So how do u decide?I know how I did it-Im truly interested in how u decide.B/c if ur lookin and open to truth-then u have 2 admit the only truth is we must choose.Ive shown u evidence that the Bible holds yet u refuse 2 even acknowledge it-not even as a possibility.Thats not looking thats denial.

Because the idea of Jesus being a myth is a myth in my opinion,its more easily busted than the myth that there is no god.Bigger questions u should ask r:Is Jesus who He claims-God in the flesh-Savior of the world?If even a maybe exists,u should decide what that means to u.

Not according 2 Bible-Must b another of ur interpretations.Show where in Scripture u c this.Jesus said I am the way,truth,life NO ONE COMES UNTO THE FATHER EXCEPT THRU ME.Also says theres no one else under heaven in which we can b saved.He also said I and the Father r one.Also said I am the door to THE DOOR anyone who trys to come another way is like a thief.Jesus is the dividing line in all religions that He warned would come.Hes also the only way-b/c only thru His shed blood can we come 2 God.

How come some moons/planets spin opposite direction if a big bang happened?How did Bible writers know the earth is slowing down?Where do the different nationalities come from?How does the body reproduce personalities/consciences?

The big bang is in question as other explainations are emerging. DID the Bible writers know the earth was slowing? Where is that one? Different environments...different nationalities...differing DNA. The body doesn't, necessarily, reproduce personality/consciousness...it is taught through experiences and from the parents...possibly passed on thru DNA. What am I a scientist now???

Emerging theories r just emerging theories.Yes they knew it was slowing.Amazing huh?No ur not a scientist-nor am I a theologian,Egyptian historian,archeologist.That 2 was my point.U say I must have all the answers b/c its about God.I say God tells us what we need 2 know-and learning of Him is a growing experience that never ends.Ur god doesnt hold the answer 2 all quesitons either of how there could not be a God.But God as somethin ur god doesnt.He recorded our history/future.He can b tested.

There are plenty of things your God DIDN'T know or didn't tell us. Claiming that what we don't know of the universe or what men claimed to know in a Book that men wrote is a feeble reason to believe in something as truth....as God especially.

So u dont believe in whats written in Science books,history books etc.?Y is it simply b/c the subject is God,and u cant understand y He did/didnt do things makes it unbelievable/untrue?Yet Science is trusted based on the men who wrote them which u cant understand everything in either, and history is trusted to b handed down by other men as trustworthy-but the Bible written by all walks of man,quoted by scientists,historians alike,studied by all types,is garbage 2 u?

Did blind chance know that there was light and what was its refraction,and fit the eyes of all creatures after the most curious manner 2 make use of it?These and suchlike considerations always have and ever will prevail w/mankind 2 believe that there is a Being who made all things and has all things in His power, and who is therefore 2 be feared.-Newton-I know u could give numerous quotes from those who disagree.But how can u brush these things aside?U say the Bible does not reveal logic/truth?

What evidence do u want then?If God showing Himself thru nature as an artist reveals Himself and tells somethin thru his art is not good enough 4 u what is?Nature cries out evidence of design-It diffently doesnt support chance happening-4 that would need chaos according to themo laws science accepts.U dont see a reason to assign God to creation b/c then u would have to admit Hes there.I can say this b/c u have no evidence Hes not the creator of all-so u must b simply choosing not 2 believe He is
