I had only 1 or 2 figures and was already playing. After this you got the GI JOE stuff.

I had a job besides my school and I could afford some figures and also some vehicles so I had the cobra helicopter with figure and also the snow tracked mobile anti air rocket launcher and a black commando guy that was awesome

I never got those things from my parents.

What I got was not stuff to do in the house but outside. So I got a bike and a sailing boat(changed it for a vacuum cleaner)

My rich neighbor that small boy was only 6 year old had all those star wars figures and all the vehicles .. I was so surprised to see that. Guess what they trashed everything and threw it in the trash bin. FUCK. Spoiled rich kids. Yeah man they got all the things... they just want it or they dont want it really but their parents bring all that stuff in just to let them have more then their friends. So the friends come over to play because they dont really have friends man

i still have that toy. The battery operated part broke early on, and then the radar dish got slammed off during a particular viscous battle. And that damn cockpit lid/door thing never EVER closed right... still my favorite toy of all time

My best friend across the street had richer parents than mine so he always got the big stuff like the Millenium Falcon and Death Star playset and I got things like the Snowspeeder and Twin Pod Cloud Car but it was okay because when we pooled our resources we pretty much had it all. But later on I did get the AT-AT.
