Concord Dawn are the fucking king of rock influenced dnb check out tracks such as raining blood or aurora, the reason why so called "DnB people" hate pendulum is because its not really dnb, its as much house as it is dnb. At the same time dnb has always been one of those underground genres, look at what happened to rap, from Big L to Lil' Wayne, from Biggie to 50 cent all because it became to commerical. If the same happened to dnb id fucking kill myself.

This is very different compared to the stuff they do today,they still make sick music, just a different approach to it. this is sick, when pendulum were still good, people wouldnt care if they had "got big" if they did it with tunes like vault, another planet, voyager etc but the shit they put out on warner is nothing like their roots, fair enough their music has evolved and they are doing their thing, its their music, but cant expect everyone to embrace, it especially since its a lot more mainstream ORIENTATED than in the beginning. also, minds eye is better than this (imho) :)

I mean any track they have made with vocals would definatly not be an improvement if the vocals were gone, they are part of their unique sound , and i can guarentee a huge amount of the people who don't like their new stuff have a very close minded view on music and can't appreciate the influence from many genres other than electronica.
