i was a chapter in to a harry potter (4 or 5?) and remembered that i had once tried to read upside down years before and found it not too difficult. so i flipped the book over and kept reading. it was tricky at first, but in the following chapter they introduced a character on a train (i was on a subway in new york) who was reading a newspaper upside down. later they revealed a mundane reason for her to do it, but i took it as confirmation and just kept going.
