Soooo.....what part of Holland is Heidi supposed to be from? Her accent's more German than Dutch, and "Heidi" is a German name that is very uncommon in the Netherlands. They should have just made her German, though I suppose then they wouldn't have been able to use the Netherlands/Neverland joke.

(And since Joey brought it up, fun fact: the Pennsylvania Dutch aren't Dutch; they're of German descent.)
