All 3 girls had daddy issues. I saw an interview where Chynna Phillips said that she saw her dad and some of his friends shoot up herion in front of her when she was a little girl.

I love how honest they are about their real feelings in this song. It was about the Wilson sisters wanting a better relationship with their father (Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys) whom they had had no contact with for years because of his drug addiction. They got 'reunited' in 2004 after Brian got clean and actually released a cd together as The Wilsons (Wendy, Carnie and Brian Wilson) in 1997

Great! Great! GREAT live performance from my all-time favorite girl group. Man, they got their harmonies down pat. Usually other when other girl bands perform nowadays, the lead vocalist sings live & the other girls just mime 'coz it's hard to perform the harmonies live, but WP rulez!
