don't worry the manga didn't suspend it in my country of australia in australia of NNSW's we got heaps of stuff like japanese and so on like everything! even so heaps of millions of manga so you'll probably go there someday i found a kingdom hearts one with the mermaid world manga but i couldn't by it cause like yeah...didn't had money... :(
