Shouldn't Treyarch release a game called, Call Of Duty Zombies? Imagine, Nacht Der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa, Der Riese, Kino, Five, DOA, Asension, COTD, Shangri La, the last map pack, and an additional 5, 10 or even 15 maps, with a campaign and it's for every console? @dikkezeug321 he teddy bears are in CoD because the son of one of the developers died of cancer during the development of CoD Finest Hour (not during the MW series, as the top comments say). The "Ghost Room" was added as a tribute to him and teddy bears have appeared in every CoD since (except CoD 3).

That devoloper lost a daughter during the making of cod.
She died of Cancer.
The Last thing she had in her hands was a teddy bear.
The devoloper decided to make this game dedicated to her.
All the teddy bears on MW2 were made in memory of the girl.
