Grapple them when they are close to said locker/toilet/trashcan. If you can get them to the locker/toilet/trashcan before they push you off, you will pull it off. They will bust you instantly if one catches you afterward, so get the HELL away.

And do it very quickly, because they will be on you within 10 seconds, sometimes sooner. And you need luck; even the best prefect of the prefects gets caught occasionally.
