If reality is infinite - and who's to say it's not! - then every point within it could be considered "the" centre, as reality would stretch infinitely from any chosen point.

Darktim, good points. However, define "technology". Just because ancient civilisations didn't have iPods doesn't mean they didn't use technology, or that they were primitive.
what if they were alien from other space with high tech and suddenly something happen.. like i dont know. they left earth. and leave the child behind to rise on earth without any tech..

Nowadays I am a bit more reserved in believing all the Hancock ideas because he has been exposed as conveniently fiddling with a few measurements to make things fit (apparently). But I still think there is more to the Pyramid than it being just a tomb.

The pyramids were built by a lost civilization around 15000 years ago.
The reason for the secrets of there building being lost over time is because of the ice age.
