Confidence and self love is THE most important thing to have. it doesnt matter what size, color, or shape you are, people will notice the way you present yourself and that will stick in their minds much longer than how you looked when they met you. I'm still working on my self esteem, but i know i can be bulletproof once i achieve that important factor in my life.

wow I'm sobbing, "beside John no one gives a crap about my body" made me giggle, it's so true and I think we have all fallen guilty of becoming our own bully when we look in the mirror, or seeing a photo a friend took, or even a family video and sometimes we do it even when we aren't even looking out ourselves. You gotta be your own bestfriend first so you can strive when people walk out, have healthy relationships, and to have love for yourself.
