I own a Maloo ute and Hammond is right, it is the best ute in the world; it's fast, handles brilliantly and runs better than any other utility car on the planet...it did cost me $45,000 but I'm not complaining, I love it.

Holden is originally Australian, it was sold to America but the essence and soul of all Holden cars will always be Australian even though it's now technically not ours anymore.

holden is owned by america but the only reason they are giving it a good review is because it is made under a name the only makes cars for Australia witch makes many people think its a foreign car maker. if this car was made under an american name they would be giving it a terrible review and poke fun at it.

@edmondle Indeed the Engines are from the US and they are a grunty motor but they do get worked on here to get a few more HP out of them before we put em in a truck. The problem with the cars made in the US is that they don't handle, The commodore platform was developed in Australia, so without the ability to go around corners you are stuck with just another American straight line warrior.

@babybearkill hahaha, HSV dont handle well mate, we go winton all the time, my mate bought the first red HSV 307 in VICTORIA, i used to have a VE CLUBSPORT they really dont handle well at all, also holdens they way to heavy. i love V8s so now i stick with a C63, better handleing better power, less fuel, and sounds wayyyy better even when its stock.
