I have a bender similar to this one. It works great but I have found because the bending action takes place at the end of the long arm it is hard to see the bend your making. I have ripped/crushed some small tubing. I have since built a retro fit control station at the end of the arm under where the long arm. Seeing the pipe bending up close is important in work like this.
I don't understand exactly whet means "I have ripped/crushed some small tubing".
But, I guess, if you have damages of tube after bending ( I mean demage of tube surfface) you need to adjust mandrel and ohers settings of machine and tooling. If you have problem with your bent parts - you need to check that your bending programm is correct:)))

This machine for small tubes - up to D16 mm.
Pneumatic and can work very fast. Also possible to make complete parts, because bending module is out of machine frame.
