i like the hint at the end, about reducing the number of fsc by the number of suggested turning chains one might usually use when substituting this type of foundation for the usual chain foundation... as one doesn't need to chain up to the height of the next row.
However, I wish I could have seen exactly where to put the hook while doing the fsc row. It's unclear in this video.
