I always thought that Stepmania was played like DanceDanceRevolution, with the pad, and the stepping. When I saw my first Stepmania video, I wondered how that dude did it, and now I know.
Stepmania lets you play with any peripheral. It doesn't care whether you pay with a mat, with one or two hands on the arrow keys, or with one finger per key 'spread' out on the keyboard. On the other hand, it's possible to perform ridiculous feats of rhythm gameitude on just the pad; do a search for 'gaussian mist' and check the second result.
A massive prank will be pulled on "comedian" Fred on youtube.
What is trying to be done is get everyone that has a subscription to fred, to unsubscribe. So suscribe to fred if you haven't, and then unsuscribe on june 1st. If this is succsesful, then it will make the news, cause controversy,

Yes, Stepmania and Flashflashrevolution are computer apps/websites only. They're both free to download though.

The game is Kirby's Canvas Curse. It's for the DS and is really fun. Plus it has plenty of awesome music like this one.
