Let me get this straight.

If it was the burger alone, it would be rated a four star, but because the fries were of the generic, ho-hum, simple boring type, the TOTAL score droped to three and a half stars.

I guess when I hit Cali in about three months for the daughter's wedding, I'll have to try one. {or two :-)}

@ricklude there is so much flavor that could be added to fries. They just gave me generic fries. That is a bummer. Their burgers stand out and so should the fries.

looks like a burger from 5 Guys. ever tried them, Jack? there's one over by the cerritos mall. pretty darn good! fries, like at habit, are just ok. all u can eat free peanuts at the table, though and they have hot dogs, too. cant get past the burger to try the hot dog... lol.

I guess jack only tries the ones that are highly recommended by us or his friends. Which means the restaurant will be pretty good and resulting in a high rating. But then jack only gives 5 stars to the truly amazing ones, which are rare. So i think that's why there are so many 4 stars :P
