I'm grateful to you for posting this important discussion and appreciate the leadership on the issue of domestic and global HIV/AIDS. I pray for the day that no one life is lost because of a lack of access to education, preventative assistance, adequate health care, and life-saving medication. This is a moral obligation we have to our fellow human beings, regardless of where they live. As Learned Hand said, "..the brotherhood of man is not a domestic institution."
