Yesss, the original song was "I ain't gonna eat out my heart any more" by Young Rascals, but this is actually the cover of the Primitives version (a slightly revisited italian translation titled "YEEEEEEH").

By the way, Patton is also overemphasizing his american accent (it was a peculiarity of the Primitives version).

And, yes, it's great.

there are other cover versions. divinyls did a cover, also michael jackson. this by far is a phenomenal work of art. we should expect nothing else from mike patton, the guy is amazing.

The song is simply entitled "Yeah" by Mal. It is funny because Mike emulates Mal by singing in italian with a strong english "accent".Patton speaks italian much better.
