His baby girl was born Friday and I have been driving back and forth all weekend uploading pictures to him because the signal is so weak down there for wifi. His wife and baby was released today and he saw her on camera. There is no way to explain it unless you have loved ones over there,and I am greatful my brother is able to see her now on webcam.
