This can happen with H.264 format; youtube hi-def has issues with H.264.
For this video, I converted it to a windows movie file (.WMV) at 1280x720p (30 fps). I uploaded the video long before youtube had hi-def or even wide screen, but apparently they keep the originals and re-rendered the video to hi-def when it came out.
For racing games (lots of movment) XVID (mpeg 4 encoder) seems to work the best.
This is a nice video, very clear. I am new to video editing and though I have an HDV camera, mine comes out all blocky. How did you get this format so clear?
