  • This is so embarrasing. I live in Alabama

  • @trumpetgirl76

You are embarrassing. You should move to a foreign country if you don't like English.

  • @thehognias did i say i didn't like english? no. I just mean that Tim James is an embarrassing representation of Alabama.

  • @trumpetgirl76 well just because this a-hole thinks only English should be spoken in America doesn't mean all people from Alabama do. i'm sure you don't mind.

  • @NeonFoxLetsPlays I know that. that is why it is embarrasing. people will stereotype alabama when they see this.

  • @trumpetgirl76

stereotypes exist for a reason. alabama is the most ridiculously racist state in the union. this man did nothing to add to it. alabama's reputation cannot get any worse.

  • @thehognias haha. i know, you're right. if it weren't for the people i love here, i'd move to Europe when i finish college.

  • This man may have the corniest commercials but it does make sense. Learn English already if you're gonna live here. If I was going to move to Mexico, I would learn Spanish, but that aint happening.

  • @BamaDan197319 It's kinda hard to learn English and keep two or three jobs while taking care of a family at the same time. Also if they came here to get a better life how are they supposed to pay for these English lessons? Rosetta Stone and other language tools are expensive. I do agree with you that they should learn to speak English but maybe if this is a problem, we should offer free English classes to immigrated people.

  • @SuperAE7

the citizenship test is in english. if you can't understand english, odds are you are illegal. if you are illegal, you shouldn't get any free services.

    thanks for playing.

  • People come here because it's better than the place they were in. If that's the case, you should be adapting yourself to our ways. We shouldn't be adapting ourselves to your ways.

  • @Knife226 Exactly the closed-mindset that makes everyone poke fun at Tim James. We're not better, per se. What about `our` companies who have headquarters/offices over in other countries? Take the Koreans for instance. Vital to Montgomery's economy -- Hyundai gives thousands of Koreans (and non-Korean American citizens) a job. Well, I'll be damned. Make them 'yellers' pack up and move, says Tim James! Fuck the citizens of the state! It's an issue of who's right and who's wrong. Hate the prick...

  • @Nipponkoku Our way of life must be better if people from all over the world want to be here. Don't go singing praise for S. Korea. We have been defending them with our money and our troops for better than 50 years. Over 50 years of paying for their defense. I think thats the least of what they could do to pay us back. I don't care who wins in Alabama. Just learn english

  • @Knife226 the states haven't defended south korea, but have pursued their geostrategic interests in the region -- that's something entirely different. please educate yourself first.

  • @mardenhill Have you any idea how many of America's troops have patrolled the DMZ? You know know very little if anything about what this nation does for others. And last I checked America paid it's troops, and they do that with tax money. I don't care why we are defending them I just said we are, and have been.

  • @Knife226

i don't see how anything you mentioned counters anything i wrote ... the u.s. is an imperialist country that wages war against other imperialist countries like russia and china (and vice versa), because their areas of influence overlap and thus cause strategic conflicts. they don't "defend" south korea, or any other country -- they "defend" only their own so-called "national interests" at the expense of smaller countries ... just as any other imperialist "global player" would do.

  • we need a man like george wallace again..hoo ray for white power..lets take back this country

  • FUCK IMMIGRANTS

  • @krunkmike369 you're absolutely right ... that's why your immigrant grandmomma and your immigrant granddaddy got dicked, too, right?

  • @mardenhill haha yeah.. right.. I'm WHITE and i speak ENGLISH. what are you? shit color? nastyyyyy

  • @krunkmike369

your reply only goes to show that inbreeding is bad for your health ... or are you telling me that your ancestors have been in the states since the beginning of time? they were immigrants, too, moron.

besides, i'm german, and you can keep sucking immigrant dick for all i care -- i live in germany, thank god. :)

  • this makes alabama look really bad.... worse than it already did

  • @charlesreberto hey now...dont judge us all this way just because of this retard!!

  • @dispozilla oh, no i live in alabama, im just worried people will alabama is REALLY racist

  • Oh, and news flash. Immigrants that take the time to learn the language and speak it well, actually show they give a damn about being an American, by learning the CULTURE.

and a large portion of the ones that don't want to assimilate into this culture, are fucking mooches who want everyone to pander to them, and are defended by morons like you.

  • @HandyMan101 I think it's YOU that doesnt know very much. Or you're feigning ignorance.

Sorry to burst your bubble but 1990 was two decades ago. The 2000 census shows that that number quadrupled to over 16%, and that was still 10 YEARS ago.

I wouldnt be surprised if these statistics have doubled that by now (if not more). So, we're going to alienate well over 17 million americans just because a few white men have superiority complexes?

  • I think southern people have a strange genetic mutation that makes them unable to see past things like, skin color, religion, language that is different from their own.

  • i thought all american believed in this?

  • @elpueblano009 all intelligent Americans do.

    language and culture are important

You wanna choose to live here and enjoy our country, learn to communicate.

    It's that simple

  • This is stupid. How can he make English the default and ONLY language on a driver's test, when English isn't even our official language. There is no official language of the United States. So in reality, he's just being prejudice. Stupid, stupid man.

  • @TheMotoFreak come back when you make sense.

I'm sure its well over 90% of all americans speak english.

The VAST MAJORITY should not pander to people who don't want to assimilate into this country.

  • @HandyMan101 No they don't speak English. In NYC, 38% of the people are FOREIGN BORN. Half speak a language other than English at home. About 80% of them are foreign born or 1st generation, and maybe their parents don't speak English. 170 languages A DAY are spoken in the city. A lot of people find it a horrible alienating place, no matter which of the 170 languages they speak. Crime is high. Gangs are rampant. Ethnopolitick 24/7. Welcome to the multi-cult vision for America.

  • @HandyMan101 Errr...in some parts of texas the population is around 50% hispanic. Yes, they speak spanish. Yes, they are American citizens. You know nothing about your beautiful country and need to shut your uneducated mouth.

  • LOL, would you rather the guys that cant speak english just cant drive?? What if they do anyway? And i dont doubt that there will be plenty of people who decide just to drive anyway, without a license.

  • @dispozilla If they do anyway, they go to jail or get fined.

You wanna be an american, learn the language.

  • @HandyMan101 Yeah, but maybe not before they wreck and hurt someone, or something.

"You wanna be an american, learn the language"

Learn the language?? WHAT language? American? There IS no such language. English? It's not the official language. So what language do they learn? Why assume it's english? i know many American's who don't speak english as their first language. The united states is a country of immigrants, and nothing is going to change that.

  • @dispozilla So because nobody made if official its not the language?

I don't think you know very much.

In 1990, 96 percent of American residents spoke english well or very well.

So now we are pandering to 4%?

part of being an american is to speak the language and be able to communicate well.

If your part of the 4% that can't speak english, then its time to get on board.

  • @HandyMan101 Oh, and I'm sorry, but I've been an American my whole life and I don't remember reading anywhere that knowing english was part of being American. Could you please point me to where it says this?? Other than your opinion, i mean?

  • @dispozilla Do you know what culture means?

Do you know what it means to have a country having its own culture?

Do you know that culture entails language as well?

Did you know that american culture is 96% english speaking?

Did you know that culture is important?

Cause I don't think you know any of this

    Which makes you fucking stupid.

  • @HandyMan101 lol insulting me isnt going to help your case. Also, trying looking up the webpage for the U.S. Census Department and check out how much of the US speaks english before spouting your incorrect statistics.

Has it ever occurred to you that immigrants new to the US may be in the process of learning english? English is complex and its unreasonable to think that someone could perfectly learn the language before moving here, especially if theyre immigrating for livelihood reasons.

  • @HandyMan101 The CULTURE of the united states of america is a melting pot of lots of OTHER cultures. I dont know how long you've lived in the US, but it's incredibly racially and culturally diverse. Citing CULTURE as the reason for everyone to speak english is straight ignorant. Have you heard if the term MULTICULTURALISM? This is what the USA embraces, though you may not personally agree.

  • I live in Huntsville. Many people come here from all over for the space program, the engineering, ect. Yes, most have a basic grasp on english, (and yes, they are all here legally) but I would much rather they took the drivers exam and comprehended it all, than if they took it and only understood it partway, perhaps missing some crucial information.Just sayin', i would rather less accidents, than proving some stupid dumbshit point that only appeals to racists and rednecks anyway.

  • @TheMotoFreak The road signs are in english so the test should be too. EZ

  • @Knife226 that the road signs are in english is one reason i think it SHOULD be given in other languages - so they can get a translation into their native language of what the sign means and perhaps comprehend it better than if they were just memorizing words.

  • @dispozilla That makes no sense at all. Ever hear the phrase when in rome do as the romans do? Think it over how many electric signs are used today with warnings and instructions on the road today. Dangerous for a person to be on the road who can't adjust to things as they happen. Amber alerts are in english and evac routes. My logic wins. I am right on this issue and so are most Americans...And anyone who says melting pot has no clue as to what they are talking about on this issue.

  • @Knife226 Most americans are AGAINST this issue though, lol! Hence Tim James being at the bottom, and the laughingstock of AL. We shake our heads every time he comes on tv. Hence why all the top rated comments on all these videos are AGAINST the policy.

I can continue to argue over why this is a terrible idea, but you're "i win you lose" attitude shows me it would be a waste of time. I've already said most of my part, anyway... i cant force someone to see things in a perspective they refuse to.

  • @dispozilla If there is no winner or loser what is the point? I use logic and facts. You need to do just a little research and you will see the American people would vote english as the one language of the land in a red hot minute. You can not win people over to your view point with your lack of facts and poor understanding of what it means to put things in multi languages. How much money is wasted on the sorry people who won't learn the language...

  • @shauns47 lmaoo!!

  • Its the concept of pressing #1 it should be automatically in English and any other language you should have to press a corresponding #. But keep in mind if there is a #to press for Spanish, there should be one for Polish, Italian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Greek etc., etc., you get the point. But here in the USA it should be defaulted to ENGLISH

  • How has this turned into a fuss over illegal immigration? All he mentioned was reducing the drivers license examination to one language. You guys said that you don't have a problem with LEGAL immigrants. So why would you have a problem with examinations in different languages? As long as English isn't the de jure language of the U.S., I see no problem having the drivers license in 12 different languages. Taking that right away would essentially be spitting on citizens' civil rights.

  • Fuck all the ILLEGAL aliens and ILLEGAL alien sympathizers. Fuck anyone who doesnt agree with the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION bill in Arizona too. I have no problem with LEGAL immigrants who speak English. Illegals should be happy i'm not in charge I would have border patrol shooting to kill all illegals, and anyone caught here illegally would be facing 10+ years in prison to death.

  • Comment removed

  • @steverooni99 isn't it the same in the US, if you are caught you get deported?

  • whats with the language intolerance? Freedom of speech, I will speak any language I want.

  • this is not a racist add LEARN ENGLISH!!!!!!! theres nothing wrong with that if I was in your country they would make me take a test in there language.... whats wrong with ours

  • Why get mad at this? You have to be 16 and have auto insurance so what if they say you have to speak english too. No big deal. If you want to argue the point let America vote on it. Easy thing to do. If we are not united with a common language than we are weaker as a nation.

  • @Knife226 Maybe we should appeal to make english the national language then, before we start this bullshittery.

You guys realize, that we don't have a national language? However, MOST other countries do, and yet they STILL cater to us, posting english everywhere? Really, I am ashamed that so many Americans can be so ignorant.

  • @dispozilla If you don't know that the only reason they cater to us is our money then you really over paid for you schooling. America should only have english on all documents period. The road signs are in english so the test should be also. 1 Nation 1 language. Anyone else think we should vote on it? I mean this is still America thats what we do right? The few people who took to the streets over this were too funny. In the end if we vote english will carry the day.

  • @Knife226 "If you don't know that the only reason they cater to us is our money." I'm sorry I can't understand who "us" refers to. are you talking about catering to the immigrants?

I think if we vote it'll go the opposite of what you think. Tim James is nowhere close to winning and there's a reason - everyone thinks he's a nut. I'd say the people that disagree with this "only in english" issue far outweigh the people for it.

  • What really bothers me is that no one realizes this is a political stunt...it won't save the taxpayers but a few thousand dollars...yet the state will lose millions in federal money for doing it...

Tim James is a moron of the highest caliber...

I wonder what would happen if a native american walked up to Tim James and said "It's called Choctaw...since we were here first, you learn it"

  • But I am sick and tired of having to press 1 for English for everything. Also, I visited Germany and if you want to live there you are required to learn their language, for school and for driving tests. So why cant we do the same thing here. I do not want to learn another language unless I am visiting that country. When my parents and grandparents went to places and were not comfortable with their second language they brought an interpreter with them to assist.

  • @firstgenusa wow its just pressing 1, are you that lazy? People do need to learn english, but that doesn't mean its the only language they should speak.

  • I am not in favor of this video BUT I am very much in favor of having legal immigrants learn the English language. Both my parents and grandparents are immigrants, they worked hard and went to school to learn English, they became US citizens, and my father also served this county in the US military. I love this country because of the many different nationalities that live here. But do not feel that we need to change things here, they need to learn our language if they want to live here.

  • actually he is correct in saying we speak english here. Alabama made english the state official language in the 1990s. You should learn it but don't forget your roots, hes not saying to only speak english!

  • Maybe its the businessman in him, Maybe its the KLANSMAN!!!!!Ii I've lived here for 14 years over the last 35 and you redneck, fake Christian, white racist sons-of-bitches can all burn in HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ognywogny Amen

  • @ognywogny you are such a waste of humanity..freak..

  • I have a proposal for Tim James: How about we ban that hillbilly twang you speak because it sure as shit isn't English? All of the vowels....LEARN THEM.

  • @kerryoke68

from the person that says " sure as shit isn' t "

  • @dsjj251 Sure as shit is part of the vernacular, saying Merry, Marry and Mary the same way IS NOT.

  • @kerryoke68

the people should know how to write/read in English

  • Remember the quote: "Every people has the leaders it deserves" Careful how you vote Alabamer

  • @skygirl36 Yes, girl, we discriminate against hypocrisy and stooopidity.... How is home-schooled hick govna of alabamer (that speaks only speaks "southern")gonna communicate with sarah palin tha speaks the seccessionist alaskan??..... oh, wait.... they got THAT in common

  • Ah, the elitist condescending more intelligent northern folks. "Dawgone, I didn't know stupid we wuz til you done told us". Dang I guess weez just that dumb cuz we live down south. You elitist bastards. Let me tell you something. One, every nation has many dialects and sub-dialects in different regions. Two, it is not a reflection of intelligence, Third, weez gonna kick your socialist, Obama-lovin' ass in November!!!

  • @muzzleflash7 Muzzle, u ain't dumb cuz u live down south... u is dumb cuz u spend more time in church than at home... cuz u think that bible shit is "holy".... cuz u beat yer kids and you home-school them and say it's for them good..... cuz half of yer adults are functionally illiterate....it is not yer accent, it is yer not knowing that a predicate ain't the preacher's pedestal..... that is why u dumb....

  • @muzzleflash7 Muzzle, silly you!!! You mistyped again: U GONNA KISS OUR ASSES in November..... cuz the only thing u iz gonna KICK is yer head against the wall... maybe that jesus is gonna help.... but what if he hates alabamer?

  • Hillbilly in a tie...

  • I can't believe this is on the top of his agenda. If the test is in paper he'll help the enviroment other than that it's pointless

  • this guy is the laughing stock of alabama. everyone i know from extremely liberal to extremely conservative is talking about how big of an idiot this guy is.and the funny thing is this guy is completly clueless. in a press confrence he braged that his commerial had the most hits on youtube than any other alabama politician. everyone watches his video because they want to see if this guy is for real or see how ignorant this guy is and make fun of him. he also gives alabama a bad image.

  • why not he just wear a KKK uniform.

  • well if the webster dictionary huggers of the North don't like the south's accent tough! If I wanted to talk like a Yankee then I would move up north. If I wanted to learn Spanish I would move to a country that spoke Spanish. Since I don't want any of these things I stay here and speak english with my "Southern Accent" This whole holier than thou stuff coming from the Puritian north is getting old. I now step off of my soap box. lol

  • "if you wanna live here you gotta speak anglish." I understand that most of his poor English is his hillbilly accent, but wanna is not a proper conjunction of want to. If you want to have a campaign that successfully discriminates against non-English speaking individuals then you better start speaking English a bit better yourself Mr. James.

  • @plotikai I realize this man is an idiot and reflects poorly on Alabama, but you don't have to say we have "hillbilly accents".

  • Polls show most Americans AGREE with him which is why Nov will be a ROUT for Democrats!!

  • Also, this won't work due to Alabama being a prime place to put in foreign factories. Though just for the driving test, if such laws are enacted then the state could lose revenue from foreign businesses, and the state's universities could lose a substantial amount from the loss of foreign students. That kind of law is just bad business.

  • OMG let him win for GOP this year PLEASEEE so we can kick the GOP's sorry arses LOL!!!!

  • not to much to ask since all the traffic signs are in English

  • America when it's best

  • Comment removed

  • Tim James is an idiot.. SMDH

I am ashamed that he is running for anything in my state.. shouldn't even be up for Class President.

  • Tim James is the man!!:):) He has sooo got my vote!!:)

  • @hayleefaith30 Yeah, he meant that shit, lol! That was old school talking right there. Get' em Tim James

  • How about this, whenever you guys go to visit another country, try to learn their language.

  • Please don't assume all Alabamians think like this just because this guy is pandering to staunch Conservatives. Every time I see this ad or hear it mentioned in public down here, people just shake their heads in embarrassment.

  • Comment removed

  • Here is a guy that has some common sense, I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. This is America, and our language is English, you don't like having to speak English? Leave. It's pretty damn simple.

  • @LookingInsaneToMe So if Cherokees, Apaches, Sioux, Lacotas, etc doesnt speak english have to leave from their own country?. You are so smart billy.

  • @punisher4all No we give them the only rights to have casinos outside Las Vegas or Atlantic City. Also every Government benefit there is plus checks every month. Every nationality has been dicriminated against since the United States became one. Stop the reverse racism and maybe we can stop racism. Why is a problem for people to speak English here? My ancesters had to learn and so did all of yours.

  • @swcowboy08 exactly!

  • What an idiot I hope that he loses, who is supporting this asshat?

  • @CYFilmStudent, asshat rofl, oh man that's one of the funniest things i've heard on youtube.

  • Most people seem willing to accede to the sensibleness of requiring all commercial airline radio transmissions to be made in English. If we make it easy for immigrants to function in the USA despite having little or no command of English then we of course greatly reduce their incentive to learn our language. In fact, a minimum level of English language comprehension ought to be incorporated as a prerequisite to acquiring citizenship status. There is no room for debate on this matter.

  • @Thadumas English comprehension is required for US citizenship, but if you're born here it then you obviously don't take the citizenship test so second generation immigrants might not have perfect english yet. also, if u force them to simply take an english test, they might simply learn english answers without comprehending them whereas teaching them in their native tongue would allow them to carry the english over to their language.

  • @bandobrothers434 ...All good. The point I'd like to stress, though,is that unless consistent pressure is applied effectively to encourage non-English speaking immigrants to do the hard work that it takes to master a new language...they simply won't. The picture I'm trying to paint is that someone's decision to make this country his or her new home should invariably include a commitment to learn English. I would not expect my driving test in China to be presented in English.

  • @Thadumas agreed for the most part, except that we aren't the only country to be doing this. a case in point is Canada, where all road signs are in both French and English because they have such a high population of both speakers. why is it that in America though, we make a big fuss over something that the complainers aren't even going to see?

  • @bandobrothers434 ...1) because it's expensive. 2) because it contributes in important ways to the perpetuation of a status quo that is undesirable, and one which will not change unless and until change is forced upon it from without. There simply is no voice within the community of immigrants crying out that "our priority must be to learn the English language."

  • @Thadumas (1) It's not nearly as expensive as you think. Translations costs for printed materials are in the thousands, and the materials rarely need to be reworked. He's complaining about costs that have already been paid (as opposed to addressing, say, that $700 MILLION HOLE IN THE EDUCATION BUDGET. (2) The status quo you find so undesirable is that LEGAL immigrants can get a license and then work for a living instead of being wards of the state. Not clear how that injures you.

  • @rumisouth ....And if the immigrant can get a license and work for a living without knowing how to speak English, in most cases he or she will be content to not learn English. Language barriers automatically and inevitably keep people apart. Our courts have always struggled even just to address matters in English. The effort to do so in more than one language is an impractical nightmare.

  • @Thadumas I've had four immigrants live with my family while adapting to American life. All four passed the test in a language other than English. All four speak English very well right now and own businesses.

  • @rumisouth ...that's great! That's also 4 exceptions to the way things normally play out.

  • @Thadumas How many immigrants do you know?

  • @rumisouth ...if I knew each and every one of them well, here's what else I'd know...1) I'd know that most of them do not speak English well enough to get along without language support in various forms. This doesn't make them bad people, but it is a problem for them and the USA. 2) I'd know that most of them are here illegally for many sensible reasons. Again, this doesn't make them bad people, but it is a problem that should be addressed without resorting to the granting of amnesty to all.

  • @Thadumas You just debunked yourself. (A) We are discussing license tests for LEGAL immigrants, and (B) you admit they NEED language support to get along. What Tim James says is that these perfectly legal immigrant friends of yours should be unable to drive (to work OR school) until they learn English. It's an unintelligible proposition.

  • @rumisouth ...if I were Mexican would I want to live in the USA despite knowing that all driving tests were presented in English only? Yes. If I were Mexican and already here and this change came about would that be enough to persuade me to return to Mexico? No. Might it inspire me to learn English? Maybe. Maybe not.

  • @Thadumas So you admit that doing away with license tests in foreign languages would not save money, would not change immigrant behavior, and would not make anyone in Mexico think twice about coming illegally. IOW, there is not good reason to stop doing tests in foreign languages. It would...what? Make you feel better? From a *conservative* point of view (that doesn't fix what isn't broken) it makes NO SENSE to change...unless you're trying to get elected by pandering to stupid & ugly minds.

  • @rumisouth ...What's a cop supposed to do when he pulls over a driver who speaks no English? And what special efforts should we make to ensure that a non-English speaking driver gets his or her full measure of justice in the event a road matter winds up in court? And why should we put ourselves through all those changes anyway?

  • @Thadumas Police already deal with this...ALL THE TIME. Courts already deal with this...ALL THE TIME. The "changes" here would be to do away with the current system, which works quite well, and replace it with meanness for no gain. That's not "conservative" -- it's radical, stupid, and ugly.

  • @rumisouth ...well,they should only be required to deal with it once in a while..say about as often as I would imagine the Chinese police have to come up with a plan when they apprehend a drunk American driver who speaks no Chinese. I'm talking about undoing a mistake. The test should never have been offered in any language other than the one used in writing the Constitution.

  • @Thadumas Chinese police often DO deal with language barriers. There are several languages and dialects spoken in that country, and capitalism has brought lots of labor flow from the western provinces to the eastern coast. As for the test being offered only in the language of the Constitution: shall we turn the s's into f's again? And what of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, in which Mexican citizens in the conquered west were guaranteed their language rights? Your change is NOT conservative.

  • @rumisouth ...don't play dumb. As long as Hispanics were trickling into this country to pick lettuce, immigration in modern times was not a sore spot in America's ass. That benign circumstance morphed into the Spanish invasion confronting us today. They breed like rabbits and have a religion that encourages them to breed like rabbits. Does this sound like racism? That's because they are of a different race. Should that make a difference? It's WHY they didn't "fix" Mexico, so yes, it does.

  • @rumisouth ...anything non-violent that can be done to staunch the flow of Hispanic immigrants to this country should be attempted. Think of them as human Kudzu. We are living with this problem because first, WE made it easy for them to be here, and then we made it EASIER for them to be here. Now THEY are able to make it way easier for each other to be here. We already have Cancer. This change is just us deciding to smoke less.

  • @Thadumas Anything we can do to obliterate bigots racists like you right winger from the face of the earth BY ANY MEANS lets do it!! maybe we will FINALLY have peace on Earth :)))... How about that Thadumas???

  • @pwpg0516 ...so I guess you're saying it's bad to be a racist..but OK to hate racists. And you hate racists why? Because you think they're all the same? I don't wanna lynch anyone. I don't wanna see anyone abused or mistreated. I don't want anyone to be hurt or inconvenienced. I don't despise any race. But I also don't see the "browning" of America as a necessarily good thing. How would I feel about that if I were brown? Differently, I suppose. I don't like white people either.

  • @Thadumas You just admitted that changing this rule would NOT stop illegal immigrants (and again, we're not even talking about illegal immigrants here). But what I find really disturbing are "human kudzu" and "cancer." That's eliminationist rhetoric. Would you talk about Jewish people that way? I mean, really!

  • @rumisouth ...as individuals I have nothing but love for my brown brothers and sisters..but as a group they constitute a hazard. Despite this I owe them justice and fairness..and kindness. But I don't automatically owe them a new country to help ruin.

  • @Thadumas You don't hate them individually, just as a group. "They" constitute a hazard. Would you say that about Jews? Simple question, yes or no.

  • @rumisouth ...certainly not if I were seated at a cafe in Tel Aviv. What does kill me about "the Jews"(as presented to us by Hollywood)is their seeming inability to grasp the fact that most of the rest of us ARE NOT JEWS. That said,I think the Israelis have become Nazis, but I don't associate that truth with all Jews.

  • @Thadumas M'kay, it's quite apparent that you don't know any Jews. The entire basis of Jewish identity is that they KNOW they are a select people. And I didn't ask whether you'd say it in Tel Aviv, I asked if you would generalize that kind of ugly rhetoric against another ethnicity. Apparently, you have no problem doing that. You've sunk to Nazi comparisons while using Nazi rhetoric.

  • @rumisouth ...let me put it another way. I have an abundance of affection in my heart for tanned, firm Jewish hotties. And anything in particular I might object to in the men would typically have nothing to do with their Jewishness. Jews who are too much in love with being Jewish have always been their own worst enemies.

  • @bandobrothers434 Because the perception is that most of the people who can read that other language are here illegally. Maybe if we didn't have a president who is literally saying legalize them all now, this wouldn't be an issue.

  • @usmcorey The president didn't say that, hasn't said it. You're projecting it on him.

  • I think I'll move to Alabama if the people there have the brains, guts, and integrity to put the welfare of the nation above the need to be viewed as "politically correct" by our sick knee-jerk liberal media. You rock, Tim.

  • what a fag

  • Quick question, what language are the street signs in?

  • The real question is: Why do we have right-wing nut jobs like Tim James who fails to understand this country is a melting pot of nationalities, races and ethnicities that make this country great?! The U.S. government itself has not even declared an official language of the country, let alone you try this in Alabama?? And you call yourself a businessman, but real businesses utilize foreign languages to communicate with consumers! Your flawed outdated philosophy will cost you your campaign!

  • @CazK88 thank you finally someone who understands

  • or course it is! however, that is not relevant to anything. in no other country in the world is anything given in 12 languages. either you learn the native language of that country or you dont...its that simple. i cant think of any reason why anyone who comes here, legal or illegal, would want to fit in and learn english. we bend over backwards to see to it that they dont. you might like your taxes going to all this liberal shit, i do not...

  • @jet472000 I think you partially understand my point. I am not saying that a p[erson who comes here should not learn english. Afterall, English is most widely used in this country and you should understand basic english to get a decent job and way of living here. But what I am saying is that Alabama should not take away the option of using diffeerent languages on a test to those who are comfortable speaking their native language.

  • @CazK88 Not his outdated philosophies, everyone in Alabama knows this man is semi retarded, this is just a desperate attempt to get people to vote for him. He's last in the primary polls for a reason.

  • @UAShortround Agreed!
