meds suck because the person becomes zombie like...I went through Bio or Neurofeedback and it helped out a lot more than the ritalin. In fact the ritalin almost killed me.
I would recommend trying to find something you really enjoy like writing or playing an instrument because it will help greatly with the concentration issues. Then take the amount of focus needed that, and approach the school work with the same attitude.
is getting medication for add a good thing or does it take away my like obility to like have imagination :p
