Shmiddy-wicks!! I think she looks more hammered than Italian, but so true to the Irish celebration! I find that this is the best tasting red ale i've had, because of the malty-carmel flavor without the poor aftertaste. Yes it does have some carbonation to it, but I think that's to give it a lighter feeling experience without it being too heavy in the belly (does that makes sence?) I heard that Guinness uses nitrogen gas instead of co2 for this beer's fizz, it that a fact? Great video review!
