He's saying that Bloodbath is superior to Cannibal Corpse in terms of playing and quality of music. There is proof behind this. There is a difference from a bad guitarist to a good guitarist. There is a difference from a song that uses advanced pentatonic and chromatic fancies to one which is one chord the whole time. It isn't preference in this case.
