A new controller and new thermocouple have been installed.
The problem appears to be where the thermocouple passes into the chamber, the heating element was touching the thermocouple in two places. I was sent a ceramic sleeve to isolate the thermocouple but that didn't help, It only takes a bit longer for the ceramic to heat up and transfer the heat.
Robert, Adelaide is trying to reach you. We have tested your kiln.
