No one can actually sing like that in perfect pitch, especially the challenging notes. Shannon Noll was never a perfect singer and yet in this song he is. This is definately autotuned

Sorry but I've heard him sing it live on fox fm and nova and he hits every note with perfection, even those high bits right at the end of the song. I think you could be confusing autotune with him or backup singers harmonizing with the lead vocals.

I think that only people over a certain age can easily pick when a song has been autotuned- I just checked your profile and you're only 19-autotune has been used heavily over the past decade or so-so to your ears it sounds normal. You should be able to detect it if you listen closely- especially near the end where he hits those extremely high notes-100% autotuned and painful to listen to.

I just heard an acoustic version on the Footy Show, and it was much better than the studio version imo. Why do they feel compelled to drown out all the beauty of the song with "loudness". No need for all that percussion and electric guitar. Song is fantastic with just his voice and an acoustic accompaniment.
