Eugene Rousseau has an alternate ending/cadenza for this piece that is quite nice, and adds for an exciting finish. But it ends on an altissimo D, so keep practicing those overtones! Nice job, at such a young age! :)

ha yeah that third run after the oboe solo always messes me up too! lol but then again so does the end like majorly... i got a 2 on this at contest this past weekend and am happy with that for how much time i put in which was not much lol

Hey, that was pretty good. You should play the Concerto for Orchestra and Alto Saxophone in Eb Major by Glazounov. If you thought this was a beautiful piece, that one is like 50 times more beautiful. Keep playing!!!

Wow, that was really good, you play with a lot of feeling. Perfect really. The only suggestion I have is microphone placement. This was not your fault, but because the microphone was poorly placed the orchestra drowns you out somethimes. If it was recorded in the audience it's the conductor's fault, he needs to have the orchestra tone down. Otherwise, a good piece, very well played!
