Was it as John said it was in John 20:21,22, or as written by someone who never met Jesus as found in Acts? If we have been given the Holy Spirit, why the need for a 'latter rain'? The Former Rain was "Pentecost". The Latter Rain is yet to come.
Once the Latter Rain is poured out on "all flesh" Joal 2:28; Acts 2:17, then Christ can come and reep the harvest, and "put in His sickle" (Mark 4:29; Joal 3:13; Revelation 14:15). This harvest will not be ripe until the Latter Rain Falls. This is EXACTLY why Jesus hasn't come yet, nor can come yet. Because we haven't made it happen. We have to fulfill the Unity of Christ's Prayer in John 17 first, that we may be "one" as the "father and son are one". Then Jesus can come!
I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. If you are waiting for any 'latter rain' you must might be left waiting like all of those who are waiting for a national sunday law. Jesus never said anything about a nathional sunday law or any 'latter rain'--in fact he said just the opposit in Matthew 24 and 25. But it's proven that the Seal of God is the Sabbath, and that the Mark of the Papacy is Sunday. they even say "Sunday is a MARK of our ecclesiastical authority on religious matters".

Their ministry is called 'Spirit of Truth Ministry' and they have a site where you can read transcripts from their studis on prophecy. There is NOTHING like this anywhere else in the world! Interesting news, but what does this have to do with anyone's salvation? What is it about the new book called "THE SPIRIT OF THE CHURCH" by Neufeld and Sterling that some SDA members want banned?
