Hi, i live in Nassau, Bahamas, and i am taking a medical course in phlebotomy, will i be able to apply as soon as im certified? and if so how do i go about it? like what to do?
hi i came here when i was 13 in the year of 2000, so i am 24 and i went to middle school through highschool, now the problem is that i didnt graduate cause of my high school exit exam but ive have all the credits i needed to graduate... now in order for me to get my working visa, i have an employer but how the prosses work? thank you
What if you get the job offer, get the visa to work in america but then leave that job completely later on? Will you have to get a new work visa? It probably won't happen to me but I'm just curious.
If a company sponsors me for a H-1B, and the application gets a YES, when I will be able to work in the US? Right away or I'll have to wait until October 1st?
The H-1B cap has not yet been reached, so you could work right away, particularly if you use the government's premium processig service (response in 15 days or less). So you would not have to wait until October 1st, at least at this time. I'd suggest you call our office if you need help with the visa (310)384-0200 or if you have questions you can schedule an appointment. Best, The Professor.
so i obviously need a passport and apply for a H-2B visa then acquire a job i have a high school certificate my drivers licence and about 4 years experience in the field of work i do and also how long do the visa's last like is it 6 months 1 year ?
Sorry I wasn't clearer. You will need the employer to apply for the H-2B visa. So first you need a job offer with an employer. That's the starting point. You can't get one on your own...
cheers mate appreciate it i will go see a travel agent tomorrow for other bits and pieces . i will ask u for some more details when needed . take it easy

Hello: Thanks for watching the video. There are 65,000 visas available. We would need to file on April 1st for work to begin October 1st. You will need to have a US employer sponsor you for the visa. That is the place to start. You will also need to 4 year post high school degree. If you have those things I am delighted to help with the rest.
