a landspout is a different type of tornado. the "real" tornado is a more violent type , part of a supercell rotating huge thunderstorm. Landspouts occur in different weather systems. Not necessarily a supercell thunderstorm , usually high based, long and slim, and not very damaging ( though if they are big they still may do some damage but it is not as big as a real supercell tornado. )

Wow man, what a small world. I live near the place where the tornado formed. anyway, KlipsiGeneva are you english or american, or something like that? I've never seen anything like that in italy. You know here in italy it's very rare to see a tornado but as seen it didn't make damages (only 2 or 3 houses went uncovered) the thing swept away and people forgot it. By the way good tape.
