Gosh, I really miss Johnny Rodriquez. Isn't it sad that country music has completely cut out the "real country" singers and only offers us these pop/rock singers. Worse yet, they try to pass them off as country and want us to like it.

@dpsmith62 i know what you mean. I don't listen to it anymore. I some times here somebody i think I like that seems to be bringing the old sound back then they only have the one song and thats it. Oh well, we do have memories, and cds and records

I saw Charly back in the summer of 84. during the concert, I went up and handed her a note that said that, if she'd do this song, I'd do Johnny's part. She never took me up on my offer. Still a great memory though
