I love this stuff, i have paganism deep in my blood, yet I can't seem to discount the love I feel from God. Whatever you want to call it, ..my definition of God "The sweeping away in a swift manner all negative energies within and around a person, replacing with intense, warm, unconditional, humbling LOVE." So yes, I guess I am pagan in a sense, in the sense that I worship the earth, but I cannot discount it's maker..the most beautiful soul of all

@Freyja1133 that is the beauty of Wicca, it does not require you to change who or what you are, it only requires that you accept yourself as you are and learn the reasons why you are that way. I wish you success. I know many Wiccans who embrace the Norse Pantheon.

here's a question. theological. in the wiccan tradition concerning the afterlife what happens to the spirits of animal companions that are very close to you when they die? do they wait for us to be set free as modern psychics and metaphysical theory suggests or is there another more universally accepted answer?

@the1tigglet ok this is just what i believe to be but dont hold it to me. when we die we go to the summerland and awaight reancarnation. in the summer land you are reunighted with the people and pets you thought you lost. so in my opinion they go to the summerland and await your arival

I have a huge question, as a wiccan you believe in the god and the goddess? who are they? is mother earth the goddess? or is it like in almost all other religions that they believe in a supreme being? i'm really confused! i'm just trying to learn about differente beliefs :) i totally respect them.... me, i'm an agnostic, but i do believe in the power of mind, and the forces of universe and nature...

@andysr33 It's rather hard to explain...to us they are all things, they are everything. They aren't really supreme beings, although you can feel their prescence if you ask for them. You might be better looking it up on a website for some sort of definite meeting, because I'm a bit jumbled about it!
