Why tax candy and cigs? How about getting the government out of health care and letting people who buy candy/cigs deal with what they've done to themselves. the comment about the corporate income tax is a dangerous.... corporations don't pay taxes, they add them to the cost of goods or services.... we would be no better served if the personal income tax was dropped and the gov't picked up the slack with the corporate tax

Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
