As far as I know, there are no plans for any new album release. They will play in some future shows and rehearse a little to see if something comes up.

I disagree. This is the only mediocre song on Blur's best album musically, thematically, and cohesively. The albums kept getting better from the self titled up to this point. 13 and Think tank for me is where Blur and Damon made themselves recognized as musicians and not pop stars.
