  • we with ya man! do you and everythang is gonna be alright!!!!!!!love ya kev!

  • shit tec

  • LOL, kevy's eyes at 1:35, looks like he just did a line before goin to the gym

  • MR Levrone you are and always will be a class act to me along with shawn ray too but please like others have said muscle memory has a lot to play in this. lucky for me i have funny genetics too i lift what is really to a lot of other bodybuilders light weights but as long as i eat right i just put it on so know it's not as hard as when people 1st start out!!..

  • well he was once on the very top of the bodybuilding world. this means he has crazy genetics that ppl have never seen before. Add his past muscle memory on the mix and you get this crazy, but reasonable gains.

  • well versed cmr1020

  • Levrone #1!

  • I was always a fan of Kevins, good to see him training again.

  • yea he most likely roided but stopped and isnt taking them anymore

  • Man fuck telling people you dont take roids, you dont need to justify shit to anyone, you just one fucking strong dude even without them

  • notice the drug test confession @ 0:49, the reason is very simple as too why kevin is gaining so fast. Its called "muscle memory" and every one has this. Its 100% proven. He was once 245 lbs ripped!! So hes going to get back up to that or close to that with out drugs.

  • i allways wonder ... i guess it is a fact then .... im 5`7 and i was at 205 lbs .... i stopped dieting and training completely do to a car accident ... i dropped down to 170 lbs ........ as i started coming back strong with my diet and training regime i got back up to 185 within just 3 weeks ......... i never herd of this muscle memory though ... its crazy how it works... and how u come back up soo quick

  • @redSOXnation1988 It's cause the muscle is still there but the mass isn't just got covered over with fat tissue . Since the muscle mechanism is already broke down it is easy to repair then it was before

  • nice work

  • Go Kev, you've always been one of my favorites in the sport. It's good to see you lifting again. You inspire me to go and start again. keep it up

  • screw the haters.

they hate, because they will never be 1/5th of what you are. period.

and for the one or two haters, there's 1000s of us that can't wait to see what you do next.

let the haters hate. it's all they have in their sad lives of trashing others and putting down others, to compensate for their low self worth

  • good job kev big inspiration to a lot of people man

i just got a question do you do squats or deadlifts?

  • keep it up bro

  • Nice Kev...

There are always jealous people arround, and they try to make everything bad......

Go one, and don't listen..Listen to your Friends and your Heart!!!

  • Kev your just a natural freak, !!!

  • "Not this weight though"

I did 12 plates a side (24 plates total) for 15 reps on saturday Kevin. Unfortunately, you will sail past me within a few weeks.

    Nice job bro.

  • weight is going up kevin nice set!! muscle memory man is coming back!

ps dont listen to ppl about shit you know how hard you have to train to get the results. rock on!!!

  • what size are your legs?

  • "I'm ready for a drug test, at any time."

    Loved that, lol.

  • 3rd comment

  • wow...how in the world can you come back and on the first time have ten plates each side after not training for 4 years? that's crazy.

  • I smell jealousy.

  • More like incredible genetic response to drugs, which does not come in a vial.

  • muscle memory, i think he said he hadn't been doing free weights so he may have been do some light work before this. its not that rediculous a weight ronnie did more than twice this with his 2300 leg press :p

  • its not that hard really, leg strength is greater than what a lot of ppl think. I stopped lifting soon after I got out of the Marine Corps, and didnt touch anything for 5 yrs. First time I did legs I got it up to 810 for a good 6 reps, but I tried 900 and the damn carriage damn near collapsed on me (thank god for spotters) I think I did too many sets. the next week I did 1025 lbs for 12 reps easily on 4 sets(last set)
