  • The bakery I shop at [New Seasons in OR] uses your Artisan flour and makes the BEST breads in 3 counties. It was their breads that got me into baking bread, and introduced me to KA.

  • I have wheat and grind my own, but I LOVE KA Flour, too!! The best, by far!

  • Green flour, that is, freshly ground flour, has a lot of moisture, so that one reason to age it. It also allows the flour to whiten naturally by oxidation. please check out our flour info page. - Yvette @ KAF

  • What is frour aging?

  • KAF flours are not stone ground. New milling methods have made this process no longer necessary. Milling heads are cooled so nutrition is not lost. JMD @KAF

  • @KingArthurFlour There are a few mills that grind with stone, but most of our flours are not stone ground. mary@ KAF

  • Are all of the KAF flours stone ground?
