I looked this up for the beginning.

So Mickey Mouse started off in his old cartoons in black and white. He didn't have shoes or gloves in those kind of cartoons in the old days. Now, when he came into the 1930's and 1940's, there was a big change of the screen. Mickey Mouse had gloves and he could talk. He even wore his own yellow shoes. Now Wayne Allwine is dead. Bret Iwan is the man who did the voice of Mickey Mouse. But I don't see him normally.

@crcoghill No it was a mouse. Yeah he made the rabbit first but it wasen't half as big as Mickey. Mickey Mouse was the start of Disney being big and huge so there goes you're answer.

@dannyshouseofvideos yeah, mickey made Disney as it is now, but Oswald help in the big picture. if universal pictures didn't take him he'd be big shot. heck! Walt himself said it in this same video 1:12 you see! if he still had Oswald, he'd be Disney's icon. so yes, mickey formed Disney, but Oswald started it all. think about it.

I love Walt he is my favorite artist I knew he penciled, inked and wrote his Disney comics. Just like Tezuka Walt Disney, Osamu Tezuka and Shigeru Miyamoto are my biggest inspirations!!! :) They made my childhood be magical.

mickey mouse was actually created by ub iwerks. he was a technical genius who contributed alot to animation,movies and even the early years of the disney theme parks. i highly recomend reading "the man behind the mouse". a great story about the beginnings of disney animation and the man that helped make it possible.

walt disney's name has as far as I've noticed never been in actual credits just in credits headlines(like "walt disneys", "walt disney presents" or anything like that).

Great video!!! This is from the Mickey Mouse Revue at the Magic Kingdom in WDW. Very rare!!! Where did you get this?
