It appears that the very Law of Rightiousnes established by Lord Rama himself, was quite unperfect, and allowed a lot of opportunities for "bad" people to manipulate the actions of their monarch. Espessially if there were not one, but several of them cooperating together.
For example, if not one but 10 or moe people say that "the king is wrong"...then what?
